With their production initially taking place in a shed on Trent and Jonelle's sprawling 5-acre property in the hills east of Perth, the first Alfresco Wood Fired Pizza Oven was proudly sold at the Chidlow Markets in 2005.

In 2017, to better reflect their expanding venture, the company underwent a name change, becoming The Alfresco Factory. The Alfresco Factory was built in Neerabup to house their growing business.
